Rooted in Farmington
Faith. Family. Service.

My Story
Farmington has always been home.
I was born and raised in Farmington. I attended Bluffview Elementary School, Esperanza Elementary School, Mesa View Middle School, and Piedra Vista High School, graduating in 2006. I later took classes at San Juan College before choosing to move directly into my career.
My parents taught me lessons that still guide me today. I watched my mother return to school and become a nurse through hard work, late nights, and sacrifice, all while loving and caring for our family. My father made sure we understood the value of work and personal responsibility. He often reminded us that the Crawford name would mean only what we made it mean through our choices, character, and effort.

Bryan and Meghan married on June 2, 2012.
Family First
A decision that changed our lives.
I met my wife, Meghan, while volunteering for Susana Martinez’s campaign in 2010. We became close friends, and over the next two years we realized we did not want to go through life without one another. We married on June 2, 2012, and today we are raising five sons: Bronson, Jax, Jett, Ryker, and Tripp.
Early in our marriage, I worked as a traveling salesman in the oil and gas industry. During my final year in that role, I spent roughly 120 nights in hotels. Meghan and our young children initially traveled with me, but as our family grew, that life became unsustainable.
We prayed, planned, and made a difficult decision. I left a well-paying job because I believed my first responsibility was to build a healthy marriage and family.
My faith comes first, my family comes second, and my responsibility to serve our city flows from those priorities.
Building a Business
Real-world lessons in responsible leadership.
In November 2016, during a difficult period for the San Juan County economy, I founded New Mexico Dream House. In our first year, I sold 53 homes, hired my first employee, and brought on my first independent contractor. In November 2026, we will celebrate ten years in business.
There have been strong years and lean years. Running a business has taught me that responsible leadership requires preparing during good times, stretching resources through difficult times, balancing a budget, controlling spending, and solving staffing problems before expanding.
Those are not abstract political ideas to me. They are lessons I have lived.
Why I’m Running
Conservative principles put into practice.
My Christian faith shapes my belief in justice, honesty, personal responsibility, stewardship, and service to others. I am not running to impose my faith on anyone. I am running because those convictions determine how I lead and how seriously I take the responsibility of public service.
Raising five boys has taught me patience and given me a deeply personal stake in Farmington’s future. I want my boys and every family in our community to inherit a city with safe neighborhoods, responsible government, good jobs, affordable living, and real opportunities to build a life.
I believe Farmington should actively advocate with the BLM and other government agencies for streamlined, timely permitting that supports responsible energy production, local jobs, and a stronger regional economy. A strong San Juan County strengthens Farmington.
Fiscal Discipline
Public resources should be budgeted carefully, focused on essential services, and measured by results.
Safe Streets
Residents deserve responsive public-safety services and clear accountability from city leadership.
Independent Leadership
District 4 deserves a councilor who asks hard questions and explains decisions honestly.
